How KIT Works

PCI will work with your team to set up your customized KIT system, including:

Schedule: All HTML emails are sent according to a standard schedule we develop according to your specific needs. Emails are sent to inform your customers of milestones, specials and in-store events. Sample schedule:

Design: All HTML emails are customized to have your own look and feel. If you have your own creative staff, PCI developers can help them prepare materials for the emails. PCI's own team of designers is also available to design the graphic components of your emails.

Customer Database: Once your system has been set up, you can begin adding customer information to your database through a simple web-based interface. You can specify data such as item purchased, date of purchase, sales person name and even birthday.

These three items-Schedule, Design and Customer Database-will then be synchronized to automatically generate emails for each customer. It's that simple!
